DIRECT MEDIA NEW MEMBER OF ABC CROATIA
ABC Croatia has been joined by the largest media agency in the region – Direct Media communications. Their director for Croatia, Dražen Bračić, said on the occasion: “We joined the ABC system for two reasons. The first is concern for the security of our clients’ investment in advertising in print media. The second is support for publishers who approach this business in the only correct way – using independently-verified data on their readership.”
BORIS ROGAN IS THE NEW DIRECTOR OF TBWA\ZAGREB
Boris Rogan took over the management of the Croatian office of TBWA \ ZAGREB, an international agency for market communications. Rogan will thus bring to TBWA \ Zagreb rich experience he has collected in domestic and international business. Prior to joining TBWA \ Zagreb, he served as Client Service Director at Gray Worldwide Zagreb.
“With this new role starts the most exciting part of my career. The knowledge and experience I gathered so far will be used to strengthen TBWA’s position on the local market. I am aware of the dynamics of agency business and fully dedicated to the challenges ahead. ALLIANZ EXTENDS COLLABORATION WITH CROATIAN PARALYMPIC COMMITTEE TO TOKYO 2020
Ahead the 53rd birthday of the Croatian Paralympic Committee (HPO), a longtime partner – Allianz Zagreb – confirmed the continuation of cooperation with Croatian Paralympics team through Tokyo 2020.
Allianz has been the sponsor of the Croatian Paralympic Committee since 2011 and has shown in the past six years that partnership with the Paralympic Committee is not just a piece of paper, and that they seriously understand their social role and the need for building a better and more tolerant society. For this reason, in cooperation with Croatian Paralympics team, Allianz designs and initiates numerous development projects that are recognized at local, national and international levels.
After six successful years, Allianz, on the eve of the HPO’s birthday which is marked 8 September, confirmed the continuation of cooperation for the next Paralympic cycle, to Tokyo 2020.
SIXTH MS COMMUNITY BIH IT CONFERENCE
The sixth traditional MS Community BiH Conference, this year under the slogan Feel Like IT, brings new information and knowledge from Microsoft tech and brings together leading Microsoft community experts in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.

CROATIAN TELECOM’S RESEARCH SHOWS THAT MAGENTA 1 B2B RUN IS RAISING PRODUCTIVITY AND STRENGTHENS BONDS WITH THE COMPANY
More than 95 percent of participants in the sports-business event MAGENTA 1 B2B RUN believe that sporting activities improve workplace productivity, and the same percentage believe that participation in the event has a positive impact on the corporate culture of the company in which they work. Nearly all respondents, 97 percent of them, believe it is important for a company in which they work to support events that promote the balance of business and private life, and that it is socially responsible, takes care of the wider community, and supports employees in engaging in events such as MAGENTA 1 B2B RUN.
The largest business gathering in Croatia last year attracted more than 4,000 participants from more than 300 Croatian companies, while this year’s edition in four cities is set to attract nearly 6,000 participants. The host of the first race was Split, on 18 May, followed by races in Rijeka and Osijek in June, while the final and largest gathering is in Zagreb on 14 September.
“Strong growth in the number of participants in the MAGENTA 1 B2B RUN year-to-year proves that companies are aware of the importance of creating a comfortable and healthy work environment so employees can benefit both inside and outside their working hours. Everything is ready for the Zagreb leg of the race,” said Dijana Vetturelli, initiator of MAGENTA 1 B2B RUN.
