HISTORICAL SESSION OF THE CREATIVE REPUBLIC OF BIHĆ, TOMORROW
Bihać will tomorrow host some carefully selected eminent people from the regional creative and communications industries who will participate in the Second Session of the Creative Republic of Bihać at the Museum of AVNOJ.
Experience of all organizers says that it’s easiest to organize an event for the first time. There’s nothing to compare it with, so however it ends up – it’s good. The most difficult thing is to organize the same event for the second time, especially if the first one was so well organized as it was last year in October with the first session of the Creative Republic of Bihać.
Therefore, the tomorrow’s session has almost a historical character. And if it proves successful as the last year’s, then the future is guaranteed. The future of creative and communications industry of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the entire region will start to be written in the historic Bihać.
Therefore, instead of the classic announcement of participants, we will say just one big GOOD LUCK BIHAĆ!
MCCANN SARAJEVO PARTNER OF THE MUSICAL FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS ANNIE. PREMIERE TONIGHT AT NATIONAL THEATRE
For several months now, the Institute for Music, Theater and Multimedia (iMTM), in cooperation with the National Theatre of Sarajevo and the agency McCann Sarajevo, is preparing the hit musical for adults and children Annie.
Musical-stage version of the US hit film of the same name from 1982, about a girl from the orphanage, accompanied with the music of Charles Strouse, is also the first professional staging of a musical in Bosnia and Herzegovina with children aged 6-14 years.
“McCann Sarajevo partnered up with iMTM in the realization of the musical Annie, because we want to bring musical theater closer to the public as a theater genre that is not represented in BiH. Annie is an important educational project through which more than 40 children will be involved in the realization of the show. They will be educated and trained to perform roles in the field of musical theater – the most complex theater form in which they learn to sing, dance and act. We are proud that our agency is a pro bono communication partner of the musical for children and adults Annie, which will definitely be one of the most significant theatrical achievements of the season and certainly a big hit for which a ticked more will be sought,” explained Vesna Vlašić Jusupović, CEO of McCann Sarajevo.
In two different settings of children’s roles, musical Annie will have two premier performances, on 3 and 4 June at the National Theatre in Sarajevo.

NIVEA UNVEILS THE SUNSLIDE: A WATER SLIDE THAT APPLIES SUNCREAM
Nivea has unveiled its latest quirky stunt ensuring kids are not sunburned in the summer heat.
The skin care firm, which produces sun screen, has created a waterslide, called the SunSlide, in Cape Town that applies the lotion to kids as they use it.
FCB Cape Town created the installation to combat skin cancer as South Africa sees some of the highest rates of the disease in the world.
The water in the slide is diluted with vast quantities of SPF 50+ waterproof sunscreen to ensure those using the slide are fully coated in a protective layer.
