Her area of expertise are all aspects of communication, and over the years she has collaborated with numerous individuals and teams to whom she transferred her knowledge, building in the process a strong global network of contacts. She graduated from economics and journalism, as well as marketing at the prestigious Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
Her lecture at the PRO PR Conference relates to the growing presence of artificial intelligence that will surely affect communication, just as it is already leaving a mark on other industries.
Technological achievements and artificial intelligence greatly affect the way and the speed with which brands are dictating their business development, just as the emergence of Internet shaped the world during the past decade. But using technology sometimes makes us lose contact with other people. Therefore, this lecture will try to answer the question of whether communication, in spite of artificial intelligence and automation, will manage to keep contact with people.
