At the second DIGGIT awards ceremony, which was held as part of the fifth Slovenian Conference on Digital Communications, the ten-member jury awarded eleven gold awards to creative solutions in eleven categories. Also, four Grand Prix awards were presented to works that stood out from other entries in terms of digital innovation, digital strategy, digital advertising and social networking.
Among the 42 entries, the jury presented the Grand Prix for digital innovation to agency Renderspace and Telekom Slovenia, for their app Daljinac+, which also received gold in the category of financial services, insurance and banking. Grand Prix for digital strategy went to Saatchi & Saatchi and Hofer for the project FerFud. This work also received a gold award in the category of retail. Agency Sonce.net and BMW Group Slovenia received the Grand Prix for the campaign Mini stroll. And the fourth Grand Prix, in the category of social media, went to Lidl Slovenia for their project From inspiration to relationships: Managing Facebook community.
Slovenian agencies and clients this year had the chance to enter their digital tools, channels, strategies and other digital solutions in eighteen competition categories, with a total of eleven gold awards presented in eleven categories. In the category of automotive industry, award went to agency Mediodrom and Renault Nissan Slovenia, for their digital strategy Z.E. Taxi. Agency Enki won gold in B2B category for its website. In the category of Financial Services, Insurance and Banking gold went to Renderspace and Nova KBM for social networks campaign NKBM Sveta Vladar – Smooth banking.
In the category of food and beverages, winners were Renderspace and Droga Kolinska with their online video Roylet. Gold prize was also awarded in the home products category, and was scooped up by AV Studio and Gorenje for the digital event Stages, Christmas dinner and you – live. Enki also won gold in public sector category with their client Utility Company Water Supply and Sewage, and their website Primavoda.
Chariyo Foundation has received a gold award in the category of non-profit organizations for their website Chariyo. AV Studio and the handball club Gorenje Velenje won the gold in the sports category for their internet video Flashmob handball club Gorenje Velenje. The project FerFud brought another gold award to Saatchi & Saatchi and Hofer store, while agency Enki celebrated once more in the category of Tourism, where together with the City of Ljubljana they were awarded for the internet page Green Ljubljana.
