This year, for the first time, Bosnia and Herzegovina will have its own representative on the jury of the world’s most prestigious creativity festival – Cannes Lions. Haris Mujanović, CEO of the agency Via Media, will judge the most innovative campaigns in the global advertising industry.
“Being the first from Bosnia and Herzegovina on the Cannes Lions jury means that we are no longer arriving on the world stage – we are now a part of it. This is not only a personal recognition and an acknowledgment for Via Media, but also a signal that a new generation of creatives from the Balkans is claiming its place in the global industry,” Mujanović stated.
On the official festival website, he is presented as “the driving force behind one of the most awarded campaigns in the Adriatic region for Bingo, demonstrating that powerful, strategically grounded creativity can come from anywhere and leave a lasting global impact.”
Mujanović has been active in advertising and branding since 2012, driven by the belief that creativity can improve the world we live in. Today, he leads Via Media, an agency he has positioned as one of the most awarded in the region. Under his leadership, Via Media was named Agency of the Year at the Golden Drum in 2023, and has also been recognized at festivals such as Balcannes, Epica, Sempl, Somoborac, and No Limit.
Cannes Lions 2025 will take place from June 16 to 20.
