U junu će se na Cannes Lions ponovo okupiti ljudi koji ne samo da ocjenjuju kreativnost, već je i svakodnevno proizvode, testiraju i guraju u nepoznato. Ovogodišnji predsjednici žirija dolaze iz različitih disciplina, tržišta i poslovnih modela, ali ih povezuje ista uloga: postaviti standarde onoga što se danas smatra vrhunskom kreativnom izvrsnošću i onoga što tek dolazi.
Line-up za 2026. godinu posebno naglašava ulogu nezavisnih agencija u pomicanju kreativnih granica. Prvi put u historiji Cannes Lionsa, predsjednici žirija dolaze iz agencija Artplan, Rethink, M+C Saatchi i Mother, jasan signal da se utjecaj i relevantnost više ne mjere isključivo veličinom mreže, već hrabrošću ideja, jasnoćom stava i sposobnošću da se kultura razumije iznutra.
Istovremeno, festival uvodi i Creative Brand Lion, novu kategoriju koja pomjera fokus s pojedinačnih kampanja na sisteme, kulture i sposobnosti koje čine vrhunsku kreativnost neizbježnom. Za njenog inauguralnog predsjednika imenovan je Marcel Marcondes, Globalni CMO AB InBev, potez koji jasno povezuje kreativnost s dugoročnom brend-arhitekturom i poslovnim ishodima.
