The PR agency V+O Communication Srbija has won the prestigious international award, the IPRA Golden World Award 2025, in the Health category for the campaign “Welcome, Baby: On the Journey Through Parenthood”, carried out in collaboration with the Rosa water brand and with institutional support from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia.
The IPRA (International Public Relations Association) Golden World Awards recognize and honor the best PR campaigns from around the world, standing out for their strategic approach, social responsibility, and measurable real-world impact. This year, the jury—faced with strong global competition—recognized the value and importance of a campaign addressing one of the most sensitive and significant topics: parenthood and early child support.
The “Welcome, Baby” campaign included the education of more than 70% of community nurses in Serbia, expert video content featuring psychologists and psychiatrists, panels and workshops with parents in cities across Serbia, as well as informational brochures developed in cooperation with the Institute of Mental Health. The approach was multi-layered, yet united by common goals: empowering parents, providing relevant information, and building a support network during the earliest stages of a child’s development.
“This award is a great honor for us—not only because of the international credibility that IPRA brings, but also because it confirms that genuine empathy, expertise, and responsible communication are values recognized on a global scale,” said Bojan Bazdulj, Project Coordinator at V+O Serbia. “We are proud to have created, together with Rosa and the Ministry of Health, a campaign that goes beyond messaging and brings about real change.”
The “Welcome, Baby” campaign confirms that local ideas, when supported by strategic commitment and strong partnerships, can have global reach and significance.
