In their honor, on November 7, 2025, the seventh edition of the Entrepreneurial Mindset conference titled UNBREAKABLE II will be held at the Croatian National Theatre (HNK) in Zagreb – a gathering of those who reject the status quo and build a future where unbreakability becomes a societal strength.

It was from this idea that the first Unbreakable conference was born, held at Lauba in Zagreb. It brought together more than 500 entrepreneurs, leaders, and young people, and over 20 speakers from various fields. The event proved that even in the most challenging times, the greatest opportunities are born. It inspired a community to shape a more resilient and successful future together.
This year, the conference is going a step further. In collaboration with the Poduzetnik media platform and EY Croatia as programming partner, Unbreakable II will offer an even deeper and stronger focus on those who don’t wait for change – they create it. These are the drivers of new ideas, the builders of new industries, and people who, through their own example, show that entrepreneurship is not just a job, but a mindset that builds a more resilient society and opens doors for future generations.

Speakers will show how authentic digital content helps shape a country’s identity, and a spotlight on female entrepreneurship will open up discussions on equality, leadership, and business driven by a woman’s vision. The program will also highlight inspiring entrepreneurial stories, explore partnerships that push boundaries, and emphasize the importance of a sporting mindset, mental strength, and discipline in business.
Since the Poduzetnik magazine is celebrating 20 years of existence, a special part of the program will be dedicated to two decades of building a community that transforms the Croatian business landscape.
