TikTok Creative Workshop Opens the HURA Intelligence Hub Educational Platform

The focus of the first workshop was on creative strategies, audience understanding and optimising results on digital channels.

The TikTok Creative Workshop with Alexander Vladimirov and Patrick Rogalski was held in Zagreb as the first educational event within the newly launched HURA Intelligence Hub – a platform of the Croatian Association of Communications Agencies designed as a space for developing practical knowledge and concrete skills in the communications industry.

The workshop brought together professionals from marketing, advertising and communications with the aim of better understanding the specific features of the TikTok platform and the role of creative content in achieving communication and business results. The programme was conceived as highly practical – through the analysis of specific campaigns, case studies and work on real industry examples, with mentorship from lecturers who work with brands on a daily basis and actively shape content on the platform itself. Particular focus was placed on developing creative solutions tailored to the TikTok format, understanding how audiences consume content and the key factors influencing its effectiveness, while participants had the opportunity to develop their own ideas, test different creative approaches and receive professional feedback within the context of real market conditions.

This workshop marked the beginning of the HURA Intelligence Hub educational cycle, conceived as a long-term platform for continuous professional development and knowledge exchange within the communications and marketing industry. Two additional training sessions have already been announced within the programme: Build Smarter PR Using Behavioural Insights with Ben Verinder, which focuses on applying behavioural insights in PR practice – with an emphasis on understanding the drivers of human behaviour and their strategic application in planning and evaluating communication campaigns – and Mastering Time Management with Tish Moussel, a training programme focused on more effective time and workflow management, increased productivity and priority optimisation in an increasingly dynamic and demanding working environment for communications teams.

Through these programmes, the HURA Intelligence Hub continues to build an educational framework focused on real market needs, combining strategic insights with their practical application in the daily work of communications professionals.
