The fourth Power of Communication conference will be held on October 14 and 15 at tershouse Main Event Space, the most modern multifunctional venue in Sarajevo.
This year’s conference carries the slogan Rebloom, symbolizing the revival and empowerment of the communication sector. The focus will be on the transformation of communication in uncertain times – from the role and strength of women in the industry, through strategic leadership, to innovative practices shaping the future of business and society. Rebloom calls us to reflect on how communication can create a more resilient, courageous, and connected society.
The conference program is structured into two thematic tracks that are both professionally and socially crucial: the power of women in communication and communication in times of uncertainty.
The first track highlights women – communicators, leaders, entrepreneurs, journalists, professors – those who change the rules of the game and prove with their voices that power is not a privilege but a responsibility. The second track focuses on communication itself – challenging, fast, often unpredictable, which in times of global crises, social polarization, and digital noise becomes both a weapon and a cure, showing that we can experience REBLOOM.
In this context, REBLOOM symbolizes the courage to break away from established patterns, to bloom again after breaks and challenges, to find a new language for a new era. Over two days in Sarajevo, discussions will open around key questions: Women leaders – between power and prejudice? Mental health in a sleepless industry – when is enough? Who speaks in times of crisis? How to manage business in an age of uncertainty?
As in previous years, The Power of Communication brings a rich program filled with opportunities for learning, inspiration, and networking. In its past three editions, the conference has gathered hundreds of professionals, opened numerous doors for collaboration, and become one of the most important gatherings in the regional communications industry. This year, Rebloom promises an even stronger impact and the chance for every participant to gain concrete insights and tools for personal and professional growth.

As part of the conference, a Gala Evening will be held on October 14, during which the prestigious regional award Woman.Comm of the Year 2025 will be presented. This award recognizes women in the communications industry whose work, vision, and influence push the boundaries of creativity and excellence every day.
For all these reasons, The Power of Communication IV – REBLOOM will not just be a conference. It is a call for awakening, empowerment, and redefining the role of communication.
