In the first part of the program, together with our speakers, we will cover topics related to all four sections that make up an Effie entry.
STRATEGIC CHALLENGES AND GOALS
An Effie entry begins with the Strategic Challenges and Goals section, which primarily serves to present the strategic-business context of the marketing activity. This section includes defining the market opportunities and challenges that the campaign addresses, as well as the target groups the campaign is aimed at.
A large part of this section is based on setting business, marketing, and communication objectives, which must include relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and reference points for measurement.
We will discuss SMART goals, campaign environment insights, and strategic fundamentals with Majda Modic Taslidža, Senior Specialist for Consumer and Market Insights at Donat Business Unit, and Davorin Milinović, Head of Strategy and Analytics at A1 Slovenia.

Following this, together with relevant guests, we will also present the other sections of the Effie entry. Special attention will be given to the Results section, which carries the highest weight in the jury’s evaluation. We will discuss this section with members of the Effie Slovenia 2023 jury.
NEW CATEGORIES IN EFFIE SLOVENIA 2025 AND RELEVANT EXAMPLES
In the second part of the event, don’t miss two relevant case studies related to two new categories introduced in the Effie Slovenia 2025 competition – Artificial Intelligence and Social Media.
