Ready for the best digital campaigns?

Submissions for SoMo Borac 2025 are now open!

Straight from Zagreb comes the news that submissions for the 13th edition of SoMo Borac by Aleph are officially open and you can submit your projects until September 24! Enter your best digital work, including campaigns, media and advertising content, and products (such as activations, websites, apps…), and let the expert jury evaluate them. The best entries will be chosen across 17 categories, with the awards ceremony taking place on October 24, 2025.

Media publishers can submit their projects in the following categories: Best Media Feature, Digital Product of the Year, Digital Design of the Year, SoMo NATIVE, and Best Media Storytelling. More details about the conditions and rules for submitting to SoMo Media categories can be found on the official SoMo Borac website.

This year brings new additions in the Advertising section – introducing a brand-new category: SoMo Video Impact, spotlighting video content that has delivered outstanding results. Eligible entries include YouTube videos, online series, video ads, branded content, and video-first formats created for or adapted to digital channels.

Also, the Digital Product of the Year category has been expanded to the international level – digital products developed for any market, inside or outside the region, are now eligible for submission.

In addition to awarding the best digital work, SoMo Borac also features a conference where digital industry experts will discuss key topics and the future of the digital landscape.

Ružica Vrdoljak Ličina, Executive Director of the SoMo Borac Awards, notes that the initiative has built the largest digital community in the region, one that continuously follows, shapes, and accelerates the development of digital in this part of the world.

‘Every year, the submissions give us insight into the heartbeat of our advertising and media industry – its shifts, emerging trends, bold approaches, and brave moves. This year, we plan to raise the bar even higher, and we’re excited to see what the digital scene has in store. I invite everyone to submit their best digital campaigns that ran between September last year and October 1 this year – and join us in anticipating yet another inspiring SoMo Borac that fuels our passion to keep moving forward‘, said Vrdoljak Ličina.

Everyone who submits their work by September 1 will receive a discounted entry fee, while submissions officially close on September 24. If you don’t want to miss the awards show, the exciting conference talks, or the legendary SoMo party, make sure to secure your early bird tickets in time. LINK
