Top 25 BalCannes projects will be decided by a jury made up of some of the best and most experienced market communications industry experts in the region, who are also the representatives of advertisers, agencies and journalists who follow the profession.
BalCannes celebrates the best agency and best project, and special prizes are awarded by each of the three separate juries, composed of people representing advertisers, agencies and media. And this year, BalCannes lions statues are waiting for the best foreign market project, but also the best regional project realized in at least three markets in the region.
A special opportunity for all applicants this year is the opportunity to participate at the Cannes Lions 2019 Festival of Creativity, as BalCannes will cover the cost for applying a single project of the best rated agency at BalCannes.
In addition to the BalCannes lions, this year, special awards will be awarded to all agencies placed in the top25 ranking of the best projects, according to the selection of the entire jury composition.

For the seventh time, BalCannes will be held in the main hall of the Weekend Media Festival in Rovinj on Friday, September 21, starting at 16:45hrs.
