In working with agency FCB Inferno on this great film for BMW the Amsterdam based company Sizzer used it’s extended family of artists and producers to come up with a perfect musical fit to match the images. ‘Close To None’ is a song from the Sizzer Vault, a collection of exclusive tracks created with hand selected artists from across the globe. The song used in the spot is by Weval, the Dutch electronic duo that the company worked together with in 2013 on a big Schweppes campaign.
“The BMW project is a great example of what we try to achieve with the Sizzer Vault”, says Sizzer Amsterdam head of new business Marcel A. Wiebenga. “We try to work together with artists to build a long lasting relationship and develop amazing tracks. And if they don’t end up in a commercial right away, they will pop up sooner or later through the Sizzer Vault.”
For music supervisor Jake Buckley at Sizzer Amsterdam the project marks the growing succes of the company in the UK. “London creates some of the best advertising work in the world, and now to be dedicating our craft and expertise to such a vibrant city feels fucking ace.”
