The ad is directed by Oscar winner Spike Jonze, the production house was MJZ, and it was conceived by the agency Mekanism.
“The New Normal” develops through a series of vivid imagery as if it was some kind of museum, and the message is that this is a completely normal product, which is also communicated through the very style of the ad, without any exaggeration or forced humour that are typical for ads in this field.
