Product and service management today is more challenging than ever since the market is rapidly changing under the influence of new technologies and increasingly demanding users. “Agile Management and Product Development” is a unique education program that uses intensive program to cover a complete development process, from the conceptual idea to product placement.
The workshop combines the best tools of global standard providers PMI, AIPMM and Scrum Alliance that can be used for innovative thinking and development.
Education is intended for product managers, development team leaders, and all stakeholders in the management and development chain. It is intended for organizations of all profiles and activities that deliver products and services and want to improve the efficiency of current processes and customer satisfaction.
After training, the participants will better understand the customers and the importance of aligning products with their needs. They will learn how to set up a project assignment and successfully manage the project, as well as how to use agile techniques in development.
Project and product management are in their content and nature absolutely different but connected and interdependent. The development project will not be successful without information that are produced in management affairs. Likewise, product portfolio management will not be effective without the launch of smart projects that develop new or optimize existing products.
Many organizations developing products or services for end users do not have the prescribed standards and management and development methodologies. Standardization of the process ensures uniformity of work at the organization level and the ability of control and management. And, most importantly, it increases the satisfaction of end users.
Product management activities, as well as project activities, involve people with different roles, from product and brand managers to project managers and their teams. The larger the organization, or the number of organizational units, and the more complex the development of the product, the greater the number of people involved.
One of the major failures of many organizations is the lack of education and employee information. Thus, employees in their “roles” often don’t know the context and the complete picture of the process. Knowing the context means increased involvement of employees and greater motivation, and such an employee will give more than what is expected of them.
