M2Communications has won a Gold award at the 15th annual Global Eventex Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious accolades in the field of event and experience marketing. The agency was recognized in the Events/Gala category for its project BURO. Desert Rose, which stood out among more than 1,200 event submissions from 59 countries around the globe.

Created to celebrate the fifth anniversary of BURO magazine, this immersive event transformed Belgrade’s iconic Tašmajdan Stadium into a breathtaking desert oasis inspired by the cinematic universe of Dune. The film’s aesthetics and visual style served as perfect guides for the art direction of this glamorous event, which welcomed around 150 distinguished guests from the worlds of business, art, fashion, and media. The evening offered a one-of-a-kind experience that seamlessly blended art, live performance, and high-end gastronomy – creating a night to remember.
