‘Let’s Make Good Days Happen’

Raiffeisen Bank Marks 25 Years of Business with a New Campaign

This year, Raiffeisen Bank is celebrating a major milestone – 25 years of successful operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The honor of launching the anniversary campaign went to McCann Sarajevo.

’We’re proud to have been witnesses to and partners in the bank’s growth and development over all these years. It’s especially rewarding to mark this important moment with a campaign born right here in our team’s idea factory’, the agency said.

The campaign, titled ‘Let’s Make Good Days Happen’, was developed by the creative team consisting of Edin Bešlić (Creative Director), Lejla Jamakosmanović (Art Director), and Amra Jusović Alihodžić (Creative Project Manager). The concept blends emotional storytelling with a modern visual approach, with the central piece being a television commercial filmed using a special POV (Point of View) camera technique. This method emphasizes the close relationship between the bank and its clients by capturing real, everyday moments from a first-person perspective.

The script was written by Edin Bešlić, with Alen Alilović as Director of Photography and Source Production handling the direction.

’The idea for the script came from observing everyday life – those ordinary but meaningful moments we often overlook, which actually define what we call a ‘good day.’ The parallel between those moments and the bank’s role came naturally. By understanding how banking services affect and shape our daily lives over time, we crafted a story that brings together all these micro-moments. For 25 years, Raiffeisen has been there – quietly supporting, partnering, and building in the background. We’ve distilled that continuity into this short video’, said Edin Bešlić, the campaign’s Creative Director.

But the campaign goes beyond just media presence. Raiffeisen Bank marked the anniversary with a series of community-focused initiatives in the spirit of being a good neighbour – transforming the campaign into more than just a marketing message. It becomes a statement of how the bank relates to its clients, the community, and the future. Through every frame, every gift, and every smile, Raiffeisen shows why it has been a trusted neighbour – and a partner in life’s important moments – for the past 25 years.
