Sunset Sports Festival, the most exciting sports-business event at the intersection of sports, media, and business, returns to Zadar from June 5 to 7, 2025, for its fourth and most ambitious edition yet. This unique conference, recognized on a global scale, once again gathers top names from the world of sports and the business surrounding it. One of this year’s biggest surprises is the arrival of Stipe Miocic, two-time UFC champion and one of the most dominant fighters in the history of the heavyweight division. The festival reaffirms Croatia’s status as an excellent host of major international events and as a key destination for connecting sports and business leaders.

Stipe Miocic began his professional career in the American NAAFS promotion, where he claimed the championship title through a series of impressive knockouts. He entered the UFC in 2011 and quickly established himself as the undisputed ruler of the heavyweight division, holding the record for the most consecutive title defenses. Throughout his career, he has received numerous accolades, including multiple Performance of the Night and Fight of the Night honors. In 2019, he was named Athlete of the Year by the Greater Cleveland Sports Awards. Miocic is more than just an elite fighter – he is a symbol of perseverance, dedication, and humility. Beloved by fans in the U.S., especially in Cleveland, he is also known for his work outside the octagon as a professional firefighter and emergency medical technician, devoted to his family and community.

Admission is free, and this event is a great opportunity for all generations to enjoy a full day of entertainment starting at 12:00 PM.
