As the communications industry adapts to new technologies, changes in audiences and an increasingly complex business environment, the question of the strategic role of public relations once again comes into focus.
The leading international PRO PR conference once again gathers experts from the region and globally with the aim of exchanging knowledge and strengthening professional standards in the field of public relations and integrated communications. The 23rd edition of the conference will be held at the Hilton hotel in Podgorica, where current topics from the public administration and private sectors will be presented over three days of the programme.
The conference will be opened by Prof. Justin Green, representative of Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Management from Ireland, while the international character of the event is further confirmed by the participation of speakers from Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Turkey, India, France and Hungary, as well as communications experts from the region – Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro.
PRO PR is also distinguished by its institutional support – it is the only conference in the world held under the patronage of four leading international associations: PRCA (Public Relations and Communications Association), IPRA (International Public Relations Association), WCFA (World Communications Forum Association) and Global Alliance. From this year, participation in the conference is also recognised globally through the CIPR CPD professional development programme.
The conference is organised by Danijel Koletić, owner of Apriori World, which has recently published the final version of the programme.
The mission of the PRO PR conference remains to connect experts in public relations and the wider communications industry, including professionals involved in integrated communication processes. The focus of the conference remains on knowledge exchange, opening relevant industry topics and strengthening the role of communications within the management structures of organisations.
Through education, exchange of experience and networking, the conference aims to contribute to the development of the profession and the creation of new professional values, while more information about the conference and programme is available on the official website.
