Automobili Lamborghini has always lived in the space between reality and imagination – and Driven by Dreams, created with Dentsu Creative Italy, leans fully into that idea. The film doesn’t start with horsepower or performance figures, but with childhood: that first moment when ambition is born, when “what if?” feels limitless. It traces generations who once stared at a Lamborghini poster taped above their bed, seeing in it not just a car, but a future version of themselves.
Set in a weightless, almost cosmic world, the story unfolds as if time itself has paused. A Lamborghini Revuelto stirs into motion like a spacecraft preparing for launch, suspended between dreams and reality. Children’s voices carry the narrative, sharing who they imagine becoming one day – astronauts, magicians, superheroes, inventors of colors the world has never seen. Their dreams don’t just accompany the visuals; they actively shape them.
As those dreams evolve, so do the cars. Lamborghini’s forms constantly transform, flowing from one icon to another, echoes of the Countach, Huracán, Murciélago and Urus appearing and dissolving, until they arrive at the brand’s latest creations. The result feels less like a product showcase and more like a visual metaphor: a reminder that Lamborghini has always been built on the same fuel as childhood ambition – the belief that imagination, once ignited, should never be constrained.
“Storytelling for an iconic brand like Lamborghini was an exciting challenge, especially because of the authentic bond it has built with people over time.” – says Maurizio Tozzini, Executive Creative Director, Dentsu Creative Italy – “We’re proud to sign this first collaboration, as it celebrates a shared imagination that spans generations: a direct, instinctive connection that makes all of us feel part of the brand’s story.”
Produced by Karen Film, Driven by Dreams frames Automobili Lamborghini as more than a maker of extraordinary cars. The project positions the brand as a catalyst for ambition — tapping into emotion, imagination and the idea of futures shaped by desire. It plays out as an understated manifesto about dreams and what happens when they’re finally set in motion.
The shifts between past, present and future aren’t a stylistic trick – they’re the heart of the story. Lamborghini has always lived in intimate, everyday moments: a poster above a childhood bed, a calendar on the wall, a model car on a desk, admired before falling asleep. From those moments, bigger ambitions take shape, inspiring generations to create, invent and push beyond what already exists. That’s where the dream begins – and where Lamborghini keeps moving forward.
