More than 500 children participated in the celebration of SladoleDan (Ice Cream Day) in honor of ice cream in the Tašmajdan Park, organized by Frikom for the third consecutive year.
SladoleDan is marked by a series of activities for children of all ages and, of course, free ice cream.
The youngest Belgraders were entertained by the clown Šašavko and the play “Jagodići Safari”, with the ice cream mascots joining in the party.
For the older “kids”, Ice Cream Day 2018 was a great opportunity to recall their childhood games: hopscotch, throwing rocks and memory games.
In addition to the popular Krofnica, one of the most popular ice creams of this Ice Cream Day was the Gool, an ice cream launched before the World Cup in Russia.
World Ice Cream Day, July 20, was established 34 years ago first in the United States, and it didn’t take long for this day to become a global holiday of the favorite treat of today.
The entire third week of July, worldwide, is dedicated to celebrating ice cream.
