The HR&M Festival, which will take place on September 16 at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, brings together leading experts in the fields of human resources, leadership, business development, and technology. The rich program of the event announces more than 100 speakers, 10 thematic arenas, and over 25 workshops. The focus will be on three key areas: connecting HR with leadership and strategy, personal and organizational growth, and digital transformation with an emphasis on people.
At the panel titled Encounters Between Brands, Agencies and Consumers: What Really Makes a Good Relationship, Tonja Blatnik (Dnevnik), Špela Levičnik Oblak (Pristop), Mojca Briščik (SOZ), Matjaž Butara (Big Bang), Zenel Batagelj (Valicon), and Mojca Avšič (Petrol) will discuss what trust means, where relationships break down, and why it is sometimes forgotten that there is also a human being on the other side.
