In Brussels, at the prestigious Effie Europe communication festival, awards were presented to the most effective marketing projects in Europe. A bronze award in the Retail category was won by the Croatian project “Little Big Talents.” The campaign was created in collaboration with Konzum, ZOO Agency, TCC Global, and renowned footballer Joško Gvardiol.
The “Little Big Talents” campaign excelled in this category thanks to its ability to mobilize a large number of shoppers. By shopping at Konzum, customers contributed significant funds for Croatian schools. As a result of this campaign, Konzum and its customers donated over 14,000 essential school supplies to schools, helping numerous students and teachers across the country.
Winning this prestigious recognition positioned “Little Big Talents” among the best marketing campaigns in Europe, competing with international brands that often operate with significantly larger marketing budgets. This year, the winners were selected by a panel of 160 globally recognized marketing experts from more than 20 European countries.
In the domestic market, the campaign had already achieved significant festival success, winning gold at Effie Awards Croatia in the Positive Change category, silver in the Retail category, and a silver IdejaX award.
“At Konzum, we are extremely proud of the success of ‘Little Big Talents,’ a socially responsible initiative that, thanks to the community’s engagement, has helped numerous schools. We are always delighted when both creativity and results are recognized by the industry, especially at a European level. We are grateful to all our partners for their contributions, each from their perspective, to this achievement and to the even better results of the second edition of the initiative, which we are just concluding,” said Dunja Delić, Marketing Sector Director at Konzum.
Goran Marošević, Client Services Director at ZOO Agency, added: “The ‘Little Big Talents’ project is a fantastic example of how quality collaboration brings outstanding results. The joint effort with Konzum, along with the contributions of other partners, resulted in a campaign that achieved remarkable resonance and recognition. We are especially pleased that this campaign ultimately helped schools, which served as a significant motivator throughout the entire process. We look forward to the even greater success of the second season of ‘Little Big Talents.’”
