After honing his expertise in the three largest French communication networks, Fabrice Plazolles found his creative home in Havas Play in 2019 as Chief Creative Officer. Today, in 2025, he is the CCO and Managing Director, guiding brands into the world of passions, communities, and cultural movements. As a member of the Havas EMEA Creative Council, he collaborates with other key figures across the network in shaping and developing ideas that are both powerful and transformative.
Under his leadership, Havas Play has established itself as one of the most awarded creative agencies in Europe, with more than 250 international accolades (Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, etc.) and the title of the best French agency on the WARC Media ranking from 2021 to today. Among his greatest achievements, last year’s success stands out in particular: for the LVMH campaign created for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, he won the prestigious Grand Prix in the Luxury category at the Cannes Lions festival. The campaign modernized the relationship between luxury and sport, brought together brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Berluti and Chaumet, and through the concept “Artisans of All Victories” connected top athletes with LVMH’s savoir-faire tradition.
With his experience in strategy, social media, and creativity, Plazolles has developed a strong belief that great ideas can be born anywhere, can take any shape, and can build authentic connections between brands and people. Plazolles is coming to the Slovenian Advertising Festival as a speaker, and the 35th edition of the Festival will take place from March 25 to 27, 2026 in Portorož.
