The trend of quiet quitting marked the early 2020s, and somehow its effects are still felt today. If you’re reading this at work, perhaps after yet another meeting that leads nowhere and where no one seems particularly engaged, you know exactly what this is about. Now imagine this is about an important project. A project that will represent your business or brand. You definitely need collaborators who bring at least a bit of enthusiasm with them – or better yet, all the enthusiasm. Along with that, it wouldn’t hurt if they brought motivation, creativity, and dedication as well. Well, we found them.
Meet Moglo, a creative production company specializing in video production and 3D animation.

Their portfolio includes work you’ve likely noticed on television. They have collaborated with agencies like ZooAgency, Ured za ideje, Go2Digital, Studio Sonda, Šanavala, MinusMinus, McCann Zagreb, Cvoke, Pro Media Group, and I TO NIJE SVE! (And that’s certainly not all).
The compact and agile Moglo team includes Miroslav Brozović, creative director and animator, as well as Saša Makšan and Marko Knezović, who are dedicated to editing, animation, and video directing as needed. Meanwhile, producer Sara Horvatić oversees the executive side of things.
What fuels their enthusiasm?
They are professionals in their field and, at the same time, passionate about video and film art. They understand both sides of the business and know exactly what it’s like to be on the client side. That’s why they nurture an approach where stress has no place—ensuring that everyone involved feels comfortable. Or, as they like to call it: the “nice to work with” philosophy, both within the team and beyond.

The production of animated videos happens entirely in-house, from character and set design to the final “polishing” in editing. When it comes to producing filmed videos and commercials, the team is reinforced by trusted external collaborators chosen for each project based on their sensibilities. Directors Hani Domazet, Renata Lučić, and Dalija Dozet, along with cinematographers Luka Trajković, Lazar Bogdanović, Frame Pamić, and Lutvo Mekić, have all been part of this process.
In the end, every production is the result of numerous collaborations on various levels. Depending on the project, up to 70-80 people may come through a set, across twenty locations, with several trucks of equipment – and maybe even a helicopter. Okay, the helicopter might be a bit much, but it’s not entirely out of the question. Sound stressful? Don’t worry; all it takes is four people to turn stress into creative energy and make collaboration more pleasant than you could imagine.
They’re called Moglo, and you can find out more about their projects at www.moglo.hr.
