The Board of Directors of the International Advertising Association (IAA Serbia) this week appointed the members of the Effie Awards Organizing Committee, which will lead the competition for the next four years.

The Effie Organizing Committee is the Festival’s highest governing body and is responsible for overseeing the entire program, including setting the calendar, selecting Jury members, and supervising all other segments of the Festival such as sponsorships, education, and the organization of the awards ceremony.

Members of the Effie Awards Serbia 2025 – 2029 Organizing Committee are:

  • Sanja Bušić, Marketing Director, PepsiCo South East Europe and Baltics
  • Aleksandar Đorđević, Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer, Media Operations, AMA Group
  • Ljubiša Egelja, Head of Marketing and Communications, OTP Banka
  • Nataša Filipović, Managing Director, Ovation
  • Zoran Golub, Commercial Director, Atlantic Grand
  • Strahinja Inić, Group Brand Manager, Bambi
  • Aleksandar Jovanović, Strategy & Investment Director, OMD
  • Desanka Landauer, Head of Marketing & Communications, McDonald’s Serbia
  • Ana Marković, Digital Media Director, WMG
  • Andreja Milkić, Group Account Director, Leo Burnett
  • Dušan Simić, Chief Marketing Officer, Mercury Solution
  • Dragana Todorović, Team Leader for Media, A1 Serbia
  • Ivan Vlatković, Vice President, Pink Media Group

The selection of the Effie Organizing Committee members is aligned with international Effie guidelines, which require the committee to be representative in terms of including members from global, regional, and local companies, as well as agencies and media. Additionally, the new Committee includes representatives of companies and agencies that submitted the highest number of entries, reached the finals, or won awards over the past four years.

As in previous years, the Effie season is planned to officially open in January, while all materials required for submitting entries will be available on the official Effie website on December 22. Eligible campaigns will be those created between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
