Leonard, a big nostalgic who’s not afraid of work, is the main protagonist of Infinum’sfirst short movie. “Deda” (Grampa) captures the contrast between younger versus older generations, questions work ethics and attitudes towards business. The film touches upon issues related to the importance of teamwork, education, leaving Croatia and the unavoidable Bandić.
The filming took place at the location of an old factory Gredelj which, back in the day, produced railway vehicles and where Deda had worked for more than 30 years. Today, at the exact location, there is Infinum, where his grandson is working.
Deda reminds us that no matter the industry and technological progress, people are at the core of each company and fundamental values towards work remain the same regardless of differences between generations.
