Applications for the new season of the IdejaX competition are open, and agencies can submit their most successful projects until March 6, 2026. It is one of the relevant regional creative competitions which this year again introduces certain changes in categories and rules, following the development of the communications and creative industry.
The biggest updates relate to the category group II. Best in Channel, where the names and descriptions of certain categories have been revised. A new category, Best Online Video, has been introduced, combining short and long formats to reflect changes in video content consumption. Additionally, the category Best Digital Product has been expanded to include promotional and informational websites, e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.
Entries will be evaluated by an expert jury composed of experienced creatives from leading agencies in Croatia. This year’s jury president is Davor Bruketa (Bruketa&Žinić&Grey), and the jury also includes Vanja Luetić (Boiler by Degordian), Stella Bogovac (I TO NIJE SVE!), Dario Dević (404), Iva Domić (UTORAK), Matjaž Germ (101 inovativni marketing), Dunja Huber (Futura DDB), Karlo Jelić (Studio Senzacija), Izvorka Jurić (Dig studio), Luka Mavretić (Imago Ogilvy), Martina Pavić (BBDO Zagreb), Ira Payer (Superstudio), Sean Poropat (Studio Sonda) and Ivan Tanić (Šanavala).
“The jury carries great responsibility, especially since the judging process is public and takes place before the eyes of the entire marketing community. The words and positions of each member influence not only personal reputation, but also the direction of industry development, particularly for younger colleagues who follow the jury’s work with great interest. Aware of this shared responsibility, and with a clear intention to ensure every voice is heard, I look forward to an open exchange of opinions. This is not only an evaluation of last year’s output, but also a discussion about the future of the industry at a time of major transformation whose outcomes are not yet entirely clear.
I believe that precisely for this reason we will recognise and reward projects that are not only excellent today, but that at least partly illuminate the direction in which our industry is moving,” said this year’s jury president Davor Bruketa (Bruketa&Žinić&Grey).
IdejaX has already positioned itself as a relevant platform for highlighting and promoting the highest-quality creative solutions in the field of market communications. The competition provides agencies, creatives and brands with the opportunity to present their projects before an expert jury, gain professional visibility and become part of a community that continuously raises standards of creative excellence. A clearly defined judging process, together with a carefully formed jury, ensures that the most successful ideas are recognised.
Through submissions, participants have the opportunity to present their projects, win prestigious awards and further position themselves among the most creative professionals in the industry.
