The largest annual gathering of the eCommerce industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina returns to Sarajevo with the ambition to offer more concrete answers to challenges that are already shaping the local market. The fourth edition of the international conference “Let’s do eCommerce: Checkout the Future” will be held on May 14, 2026, at Hotel Hills, with institutional support from the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH.
The event is organized by the eCommerce Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina “eComm”, which positions this gathering as a key meeting point of the digital economy, from merchants and fintech companies to logistics operators and regulatory bodies. Following last year’s edition that gathered more than 500 participants, this year’s program goes a step further, with a stronger focus on the local context and applicable solutions.
Unlike formats that predominantly rely on international perspectives, this year’s conference places domestic and regional experts at the forefront and shifts the focus from inspirational examples to operational insights. At the center are questions of how to adapt business to regulatory changes, where losses occur in the eCommerce value chain, and what sustainable growth means in the context of the BiH market, translating global trends into concrete business decisions.

The program reflects the key pressures and opportunities of the industry and is structured around four thematic blocks that address the most relevant challenges faced by domestic and regional players in the digital economy.
Fintech and the payment revolution – how instant payments, Buy Now Pay Later models and digital wallets are changing the way we buy and sell online. AI in marketing, sales and super-apps – from personalization and next-generation chatbots to TikTok video commerce and the trend of super-apps that combine multiple services into a single digital experience.
The eCommerce market of BiH and the region – an overview of the domestic digital commerce landscape that does not avoid difficult questions: the new eCommerce law, fiscalization, delivery innovations such as parcel lockers, as well as real margins and profitability of online business. Where domestic merchants lose money and how to optimize operations for sustainable growth is a topic that cannot be ignored. From local to global: eCommerce growth beyond borders – the final thematic block is dedicated to successful regional case studies and concrete strategies for entering international markets. How can domestic merchants expand beyond BiH, which platforms and channels are available, and what can be learned from those who have already taken that step?
Alongside panel discussions and lectures, the conference maintains its format as a platform that goes beyond the program itself, through an EXPO zone with eCommerce solutions, practical workshops and networking that is expected to gather more than 600 professionals from BiH and the region this year. The event traditionally also includes the Golden Click Awards, which track the development and standards of the domestic eCommerce scene across various categories.
Registrations are already open, and market interest continues the trend from previous years when capacities were filled before the event itself, which again points to the importance of early registration for everyone who wants to be part of one of the key industry gatherings in the region.
