Contestants in the popular Britain’s Next Top Model show last week had a task related to animal rights, and were included in a photoshoot for latest Peta campaign against bullfighting, fur and circuses.
The models posed chained to a circus podium, holding animal ‘carcasses’ or lying stabbed like bulls in an arena. The campaign thus shows how animals in circuses are forced to perform unnatural tricks for entertainment of humans, which is the similar idea to the images of bullfighting, but probably the most disturbing are the ads featuring models holding bloody skinned ‘carcasses’ to show the grim reality of the fur industry.
These shots come with a realistic skinned “fox” and a message “Here’s the Rest of Your Fur Coat.”
