The countdown is on for one of the most prestigious gatherings in the global events industry. Bea World Experience Festival is back for its landmark 20th edition, and entries for the coveted Best Event Awards are officially open. This year’s festival will take place in Rome on 21–22 November 2025, hosted at the striking Auditorium Parco della Musica – a venue as grand and storied as the festival itself.

With the theme “Live! with Respect”, this year’s edition goes beyond the celebration of creativity. It calls for a more conscious, inclusive, and respectful approach to live experiences – one that honours people, the planet, and every link in the production chain. It’s a timely message for an industry redefining its role in a changed world.

Bea World, organized by Italy-based ADC Group, has come a long way since its inception. What began in 2006 as a European competition has grown into a global platform drawing agencies from over 40 countries. Today, it’s not just an award show – it’s the centerpiece of an entire ecosystem that inspires, educates, and connects professionals working across all corners of live communication.

What sets Bea World apart is its live format. Shortlisted agencies don’t just submit case studies – they present them live, in front of a jury composed of top-tier marketing, communication, and event professionals from global brands. It’s high-pressure, high-reward, and uniquely energising. The experience culminates in the glittering Awards Ceremony, but not before a packed programme of keynotes, panels, and networking sessions that turn the festival into a knowledge hub.

To mark its 20th anniversary, Bea World is also expanding its scope with the introduction of new award categories: Grand Shows, Luxury Industry Event, and Public Affairs and Advocacy. These additions reflect the evolving terrain of live events and a growing recognition of diverse formats and objectives.

The timeline is clear for those hoping to make their mark: projects must have taken place between 1 September 2024 and 30 September 2025. A Super Early Bird discount is available until 31 July, while final submissions close on 30 September. The online jury deliberations are set for 24 October to 2 November, with the shortlist unveiled on 4 November. Finalists will present their work live on 21 November, with the awards and content programme wrapping up the festival on the 22nd.

But the celebration doesn’t end there. Bea World unfolds as part of the broader Live Communication Week, running from 19 to 22 November and drawing around 2,000 professionals. Alongside the global awards, the programme includes the 22nd edition of BEA – Best Event Awards dedicated to the Italian market, offering a unique space to explore both national brilliance and global benchmarks.

The festival’s home, Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, designed by Renzo Piano, is itself a testament to the power of live cultural spaces. Nestled between the Tiber River and the hills of the Parioli district, it’s the perfect setting for an industry committed to pushing boundaries while bringing people together in real time.
