Regional management teams of the Valicon Group gathered recently in Ljubljana – directors of all four offices, Valicon partners and key sector directors. Valicon thus once again demonstrated with a personal example how a serious company assesses its business results by building a successful market strategy.
Results for the first half of the year (Q1Q2)!
In the first six months, offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia achieved excellent results and set a high, ambitious but attainable goal for the end of the year. Serbia lagged behind slightly in the first half of the year, with excellent prospects to compensate for it by the end of the year. Slovenia is growing steadily as planned, and is heading towards reaching the annual plan. The results of the first half of the year were therefore assessed as very positive.
Regional collaboration
Goals and future directions were set for Valicon to move towards a more successful and more structured organization, which is why its activities have to go in the direction of building a true regional company. Adria region is the space where Valicon is and wants to remain a strong player.
The best example is the establishment of the Operating Unit in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Center for Finance Excellence, the Center for Excellence in the FMCG Sector, the New Business Development Excellence Center and the Business Unit SPSS and Analytica. All of them are key to company’s growth and bring excellent profit to the company at a regional level.

Valicon has an excellent team and plenty of new people who will contribute to company’s development with their added skills and knowledge, the meeting concluded.
Valicon’s management also set a goal for themselves to conduct a 360 evaluation of all employees by the end of September.
