CANDIDATES FOR HUOJ BODIES TO BE PRESENTED TODAY
Today, starting at 17:00 HRS, HUOJ will hold a presentation of candidates for elections to the bodies of the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ).
Each candidate who has nominated for a particular HUOJ body will have 2 to 5 minutes during which they will present themselves and their motive and contribution to the work of HUOJ.
All regular members of the HUOJ with the right to vote can be present at the presentation of the candidates, as well as all candidates who have put forward their candidacy within the deadline.
WHAT DOES CULTURE
The conference “What does culture” will be held on Friday, 29 September at the Novi Sad’s StartIt Center (Miroslava Antića 2) from 10:00 to 17:00hrs, providing a unique opportunity for young people to hear interesting stories about already recognized projects and lessons learned by their initiators. Among other things, they will learn how Novi Sad Festival of Street Musicians was started, as well as Belgrade’s Filmstreet and Nušićijada, and how Belgrade Philharmonic got involved in the community and made the biggest concert of classical music outdoors. They can also see how Nikola Tesla was presented in an innovative way in the virtual reality museum “Experience Tesla”.
BITEF producer Anđelka Jankovic will speak about the organization of BITEF and this year’s performance that is relevant to the history of contemporary theater, the 24-hour “Olimp” by director Jan Fabre. Maja Lalić, the creative director of Mikser House, will talk about how this cultural institution has redesigned its concept at a new location in Sarajevo.
L’OREAL WINS GRAND PRIX FOR TRANSPARENCY OF THEIR ETHICAL CODEX

61% OF MARKETERS BELIEVE AI WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF JOBS
According to a recent study conducted by The Drum, a vast majority of marketers believe that the integration of AI will result in a loss of jobs.
The survey, in partnership with social media analytics platform Sysomos, asked over 200 marketers their opinions on AI, how it will impact creativity and jobs in the marketing industry.
It found that just under half (46%) of marketing professionals understand the capabilities of AI and just over a third (37%) are actively investigating its potential use cases – which shows further education needs to be done in order to maximize AI’s full capabilities.
The automation of jobs continues to concern marketers. A recent poll conducted by YouGov for the Royal Society of Arts has revealed that robots could replace up to four million jobs in the British private sector in the next ten years. While the same survey found that 13% of employers think more than 30% of jobs will become automated in the next decade.
