The Fourth Regional Forum of Communications Leaders – IZAZOV 2018 – will be held on 12 and 13 March at Radisson Blu Old Mill in Belgrade, under the slogan “Transform your business.” IZAZOV 2018 is an interactive business event, the first of its kind in the region, dedicated exclusively to professionals in the field of marketing, public relations and digital communications from companies and agencies.
The topics of the fourth regional forum of communication leaders will be focused on the trends in integrated communications, which will be discussed by representatives of the largest domestic agencies and companies. Representatives of agencies from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia will speak about the state of the market communications in the region.
Some of the topics of the forum will be: the cause of the drastic fall in the quality of creative solutions in Serbia in a single year; why advertising is no longer so powerful in our region; how to motivate young talents to stay in the profession; and emotional intelligence: who governs us – ego or reason. There will also be talk about brave brands and struggles for survival in fierce competition, but also about the transformation of brands in the age of hyper-personalization.
A special segment of the forum will be dedicated to promoting dialogue between agencies and companies, through various types of interactive workshops, and a team building for participants will also be organized.
As in previous years, IZAZOV 2018 will feature the latest research into the state of the regional advertising industry, conducted in collaboration between the Marketing Mreža and Smart+Research research agency.
“The field of marketing communications has never been changing more rapidly. Transformation in our industry is not only desirable, but is also inevitable, and it has been going on for a while, if you want to survive and develop your business in the future, transforming and adapting to business circumstances is a duty of every serious management. In addition, the transformation of marketing communications is inextricably linked with the transformation of society and the media,” said Ivana Parčetić Mitić, founder and editor of the Marketing Mreža portal, which is the organizer of the IZAZOV 2018 forum.
