When we dream, we usually think that our dreams will be fulfilled in some distant future, but Raiffeisen BANK d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina has decided to introduce a new offer to allow its clients not to postpone their dreams for so long, thanks to the That Easy cash loans!
The new offer will be presented to the market by a campaign implemented in collaboration with the experienced team of the Communis marketing agency, in which Raiffeisen Bank d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina had the aim to show that applying for a loan doesn’t have to be a complicated obstacle to a trip to Gardaland, renovating the apartment, a memorable wedding, or college tuition for your daughter.
The communication channels used in the campaign include TV, radio, OOH, web, print media and internal communication channels with a very clear message about the incredible ease of achieving life goals in such a short time.
We learned more about the new campaign from Belma Hadžiomerović, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications & Sustainability Management, Raiffeisen Bank d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina: “Creating and developing a campaign must always be preceded by research of customer expectations as well as tracking of trends in the banking industry. Keeping in mind that the Raiffeisen brand is synonymous with security, tradition, trust, quality, creativity, innovation and technological advancement, we are always open to adopting changes and adjusting to the conditions dictated by the market. Ease of business is one of the most important factors both in the general economy as well as in the financial sector.”

In general, all clients want the same from their bank – security, competitive products, positive experience, and creating additional value for them. Aware of the fact that today’s people are very busy, we strive to enable them to invest as little effort as possible in their day-to-day business with the bank, and of course, to still adhere to the mandatory regulatory requirements. Just as the slogan of our current campaign says, “That Easy!”, we made an effort to streamline the procedure for applying for cash loans,” Belma adds.
