The regional communication event, Play Media Day, will be held for the fourth time in Banja Luka on June 7, 2019, and will offer all participants the best program so far! A new attractive event location is the CineStar multiplex in Banja Luka, which will soon open its doors to visitors within the Delta Planet Center. The event organizer, Play Team creative agency, this year decided to give visitors a whole new experience in one of the most beautiful and modern multiplexes in the region. About 1,000 participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the region and the world are expected to attend the event.
Over the past three years, Play Media Day presented nearly 100 local and international lecturers who shared their knowledge with more than 2,000 visitors.
Play Media Day puts a special focus on inspirational examples, successful solutions and high-quality projects to help companies, agencies, and media as well as individuals reach their full potential in a more dynamic business environment, where trends are changing from day to day.
Top world, regional and local experts from the field of creative industries will share their experiences and knowledge with the participants. In addition to topics such as media, marketing, public relations and influencers, the program will also present areas such as digital transformation, virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
Dijana Tepšić, program director of the event and creative director of Play Team agency, is proud that the Play Media Day exceeded expectations of participants and lecturers last year, justifying the trust of the audience and delighting more than 500 local and regional visitors.
“Each year we strive to offer a quality program to the participants, and we are confident that this year we will integrate themes that are both attractive and current, with many domestic, regional and world experts. We are most proud of the fact that we have positioned Banja Luka on the region’s creative industry map,” Dijana said, adding that Play Media Day has linked many participants, resulting in many successful projects and partnerships after the event. “Besides education, Play Media Day very important for its networking opportunities, as well as great entertainment,” concluded the program director.
Lecturers, panelists and participants of the last year’s Play Media Day also shared their enthusiasm with the event. Bojan Hadžihalilović, Creative Director, Fabrika Sarajevo, said that Banja Luka should be proud of such an event. “A clean ten for Banja Luka and the energy that you simply have to experience! Something like this is a shame to miss out on,” Bojan pointed out.
Duo hailing from the SNASK creative agency, Stockholm, whose first visit to this area was last year for the Play Media Day, said the event was extraordinary and they were thrilled by the organization and hospitality in Banja Luka. “Beautiful energy, social and relaxed atmosphere, with many young people,” SNASK duo said.
Ivan Živković, CEO of Pioniri Communications, Belgrade, said the event was perfectly organized. “I’m glad I had the opportunity to be a part of the event and feel the positive energy and the perfect hospitality,” Živković said.
“Play Media Day is a fantastic experience, top lecturers, genius creatives and I absolutely recommend everyone to come here next year,” said Iva Obrovac from Agency 404, Zagreb, after last year’s event.
The organizers emphasize that there is already a great interest of local and regional visitors, and this year the fastest visitors to register will be entitled to a special discount price of 59 euros, which lasts until March 15th. The fastest students will also have the option to save, with the most affordable fees of 25 euros.
