New Moment won three Lions in the categories Print, PR and Promo & activation.
The “One Book for Peace” project was created in cooperation with the agencies New Moment and Y&R Dubai, and was designed for the Inter-religious Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, aimed at breaking down religious prejudices and raising awareness about the importance of mutual understanding and interreligious dialogue.
The “One Book for Peace” brings together the teachings of the holy books of the Bible and the Quran, showing side by side how similar the religious teachings of these books actually are. By showing the similarities that exist between the two religions, the book aims to revive dialogue between religions, encourage dialogue between ordinary people and contribute to the establishment of peace and harmony in the world.
With these awards the New Moment has justified the title of the most awarded agency in the Balkans.
“This award represents a great success for our agency, as it shows that we have continuity in creativity and strong regional cooperation. The project was created for a client from Sarajevo, New Moment agencies from Bosnia and Serbia worked on the project and the idea was created at our regional meeting in Ohrid, with the added international context through cooperation with Y&R Dubai. It also sets our region and creative people from the New Moment Agency to a global creative scene where they have shown what the unique spirit of the Balkans and creativity means,” said Žarko Sakan, director of the New Moment New Ideas Company.

“This project was successful because one noble motive created a strong idea that we all believed in, with the great support of our client, the Inter-religious Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This was recognized by Al Jazeera Balkans, which devoted an entire show to the presentation of The One project and we are extremely grateful to them. These Lions belong to every team member who contributed to the idea being realized!” said Jasmina Nikolić, Client Service Director and project leader.
The book was presented at the Universal Peace Federation in Vienna, thanks to Mirnes Kovač, a journalist and comparative theologian who worked on the project with New Moment.
“I am proud that the message of ONE was sent from Sarajevo, in the days when we marked the 20 years of the Inter-religious Council of BiH, which gave full support to this project. In addition to my colleagues, I would also like to thank the theologians who worked on the project, Dr. Pavle Miočić and Mr. Muhamed Fazlović. We are particularly grateful to the members of the MRV Executive Committee, Ifet-ef Mustafić, Don Toma Mlakić, Father Vanja Jovanović and Boris Kožemjakin. We owe a great deal of gratitude to Mr. Tarik Đogić and Al-Jazeera Balkans who supported us, and of course, we owe respect and gratitude to all the rest of the media who recognized this project and reported about it.”
“Personally I was pleased to work with people from New Moment agencies who have shown top levels of professionalism, friendly spirit and cordiality in the production of this demanding project. Especially, from my heart, I would like to thank Ms. Jasmina Nikolić, whose energy, positivity and extraordinary professionalism enabled us to overcome many obstacles. Thanks to all the good people who recognized the common light for all of us in the book The One. For the future!” said Mirnes Kovač.
In 2012 New Moment Skopje won the Titanium Lion for the “10 Meters Apart” project.
In 2013 agency had two shortlisted projects, while in 2015 New Moment triumphed with two Lions for the project “Button for help“, and New Moment Skopje received Silver Lion for the project “Red phone“.
