In the first three places are friends, family and partners, followed by consumer reviews and television. Instagram comes in sixth place, in front of Facebook which is seventh. List to the tenth place continues with ads, colleagues and magazines. YouTube and Twitter are in eleventh and twelfth place respectively, while blogs came in fifteenth, behind radio and celebrities.
The most responsive users on Instagram are millennials, and 68 percent of them, aged 18 to 24, said that they are more likely to buy a product if it was recommended by someone they follow on Instagram. About 54 percent of respondents said that they had already bought a product which they saw on Instagram.
