AdForum, the global intelligence provider for the advertising industry, has launched the second annual ranking of creative success by individual business sector.
The AdForum Business Creative Report differs from other rankings in the sense that it showcases the most successful campaigns and agencies in seven specific sectors, based on the results of the many awards shows with which the AdForum has a partnership, including Cannes, D&AD, the Clios, the One Show, the LIA, the Epica Awards, Eurobest, Adfest, Dubai Lynx, New York Festivals, the FAB Awards, the World Luxury Award, Andy Awards – and many more.
In short, the overall results are gleaned from each campaign’s performance in just about every prestigious show out there, adding up to a compendium of outstanding creativity.
The number one performers this year are JvM Spree (Germany) in Automotive; McCann NY in Finance; DDB Chicago in Food & Beverage; AMV BBDO (UK) in Health & Beauty; BETC Paris in Luxury & Premium; Marcel (France) in Retail and Jung Von Matt (Germany) in Transport & Tourism.

AdForum CEO Philippe Paget says: “To our knowledge this is first time a global creative ranking has offered an insight into the best performing campaigns in individual market segments. We believe that dividing the year’s most successful work into silos offers considerable benefits to CMOs, agencies and consultants.”
He added that more industry sectors might be included in subsequent reports.
