Unilever Foundry and Lions Innovation have announced the “Foundry 50” – the results of a global search for the top 50 marketing technology start-ups that are innovating to help brands better connect, engage and relate with their customers.
The companies chosen to take part will each send a representative to Lions Innovation. There, each start-up will have access to exclusive networking opportunities with senior marketers whose needs match their products, pitch in a dedicated demo platform and receive an extra hand to connect with other organisations represented in Cannes.
Several of the selected companies operate in the Brand Content Innovation space and include Goopi, Touchcode, Styla, Landmrk, Duel, Mirriad, Rattle Technology Ltd, Those (Woodpecker), Kino-mo and Translook.
Data, Insights and Personalisation companies that will join the programme include The Big Sofa, Mesh 01, Unacast, Mavrck, Samplr, WeSeeThrough, Blismedia, Codec, Pineapple Lounge and Poshly.
Several companies were also selected for the way they are Engaging Millennials. They are: Visionteractive 8 TV, SoPast, ViralGains, SailPlay, Skute, Naritiv, Playbasis and Jebbit.
The Girls Lounge, Gander, Tone Mobile LLC, Next Billion, Neighbourly, We Farm, Next Drop, Pavegen, Kasita and Bliive were all selected as start-ups working in the Social Impact space.
Finally, Streetlike Ltd., Proximus, LISNR, Trax Image Recognition, Ribbit.me, Constant Commerce, Elevaate, Vizera, Perch i Shortlyst / Shopalyst all operate in a way that may help define the Future of Retail.
