Jennifer Kries
Jennifer Kries is a Certified Pilates Instructor and professional dancer with a variety of teaching and choreography credits including the New York City Ballet, Miami City Ballet Dance, Bat Sheva Dance Company in Tel Aviv, Hubbard Street and Pennsylvania Ballet Summer Residencies, and John Leguizamo's Fox/HBO TV series, "House of Buggin". Jennifer made her professional debut at age 16 with Edward Villela's Eglevsky Ballet performing in Balanchine's "Serenade". She trained with the Pennsylvania Ballet and was discovered by Matt Mattox, artistic director of Philadelphia's Waves Jazz Dance Company. She is a founder of the Balanced Body Center at New York's World Gym.
Vanessa Isaac
Vanessa Isaac is a resident of Santa Barbara, California, is an acclaimed Brazilian dancer, actress, singer and instructor, as well as the co-producer and co-director of Hip Brazil, a music and dance performance group. In addition, Vanessa and her husband Randy Tico have formed the production company Hip Enterprises and produced many Brazilian DVDs with the objective of sharing the beauty and energy of Brazilian culture with the world.
She currently teaches dance and fitness classes at the Ginga Multicultural Arts Center, which she co-founded, and has been nominated for a Brazilian International Press Award for her innovative contributions to the world of dance, health and fitness. To date, she has been a guest on CNN Headline News, has appeared in numerous dance, health and fitness publications, and continues to bring her love for Brazilian culture to the world.
Adam Wilson
Adam Wilson earned his bachelors degree from Syracuse University and a culinary degree from the art institute of Atlanta. He trained under Shawn Doty currently chef owner of Shaun's in Atlanta. Adam was with Shaun Doty for 4 years at Mumbo Jumbo, downtown Atlanta. Shaun’s food was an eclectic mix from his training at The Ritz in Buckhead, Mirabelle in Colorado and extensive overseas travel. Adam has been instructing at The Viking Store since December 2005 and have recently been promoted to Culinary School Director in February 2007.

Jari Love
A competitive runner since her teens, health and fitness has always been central to Jari Love, which led to her becoming a personal trainer.
